Half & Half I say use half and half, I fill my cup about 1/3 of the way with skim milk if I'm using that, and I only use about 12 TBSP of half and half to get the same creaminess It tastes better and I really think it's a better choice, caloriewise As far as fat content well hey sometimes you do need SOME fat to help you feel full
